The platform was built as a complete ecosystem a bilingual customer mobile app, a comprehensive Arabic admin dashboard, and real-time Smacc system integration to expand the customer base, streamline internal operations, and deliver a professional digital shopping experience.

The primary challenges included building real-time Smacc integration for live inventory tracking and automated invoicing, developing a flexible multi-branch management system with separate operations per branch, implementing a comprehensive payment system supporting Mada, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Tabby, and Tamara, and delivering a fully bilingual customer experience while maintaining the admin dashboard exclusively in Arabic.
