Built across three core components a driver app, an admin dashboard, and a restaurant dashboard it provides complete operational visibility and control over the entire delivery ecosystem from a single unified system.
Match Egypt was built to create a fast and fully connected food delivery ecosystem serving three user groups simultaneously — customers, drivers, and restaurants. A centralized admin dashboard ties the entire system together, providing real-time visibility over all orders, drivers, restaurants, and financial performance through a unified real-time database.
The primary challenges included building a real-time order processing system that instantly syncs across all parties without latency, developing live driver location tracking, designing a multi-role platform with entirely separate interfaces for drivers, restaurants, and administrators, and ensuring stable high performance under heavy simultaneous usage.
